Combroke, also called Combrook (in Google Maps for example) is a beautiful and tranquil village near the Fosse Way and with the large grounds of Compton Verney nearby. The church was built in Victorian times along with the adjacent Church Hall that was also the village school and is now the Village Hall. The Church is in the centre of the village with easy parking
There are two services in the village each month: the modern Holy Communion service is on the Second Sunday at 9:00 am for about an hour. On the fourth Sunday at 5.00 pm is a very family friendly time, with a popular program of different events according to the time of year including picnics, walks and Songs of Praise. After 5.00 service everyone is invited to stay for refreshments and a chat.
